    It's crazy how fast we can deteriorate. I used to work out everyday. 40 push-ups was a part of a warmup. Had surgery. Couldn't move for 5 months. Now I can barely do 10 push-ups without stopping. I'm sure I'll get it back, but it's insane how fast you can lose it when you don't use it

    I love what you doing big bro I’m still watching….on my second time losing 40 lbs…stress from relocation failed relationships family court and financial issues had me back in low vibrational form but this year I got back on track i’m loving my work and making money got an amazing woman in my life we’re going on two years strong together I’m spending quality time regularly with my sons despite the distance i’ve been on a social media fast for the last 2 months and my relationship with myself has never been better. The outside is a barometer for the inside i’m down 25lbs since April back to running 30 miles per week and got my eating habits on lock…and books DEFINITELY are a secret weapon….Im on my 4th book this year I usually aim for 10 a year but i’ll probably pass that this year…The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida was a game changer for me and I’m actually working on writing a book that’s gonna be a game changer for a lot of other people one day 💪🏿…But keep it up when I fell off and decided to get back on track BRIX FITNESS is the first thing I typed in my search bar.
