    I tapped the thumbs up 👍 button to feed the algorithm monsters. This didn't help me. I want it more simple. I'm going low carb. High protein and fat. No concentrated sweets. Keep riding 13 mph for one hour. And lower portions. Thanks.

    It's correlation not causation. Anyone able enough to do 40 push ups is probably living a healthy Lifestyle and doing some sports on the side and thus has lower health risks anyway

    I never buy the sweet sugary stuff(candies/cookies/etc) to begin with anymore. I often found myself eating everything in 1 day. I know myself, my mind always thinks of it if its inside the house. Great vid as always

    People like you and where you were at in the beginning need videos like this. Because like you I am obsessively researching, watching videos, getting inspired, changed everything about my lifestyle. I feel like I eat, sleep, breathe, and dream (like you said), fitness. I’m glad I have this focus and motivation to change my life. Not all of us are at this stage of being sick and tired of being sick and tired. I feel lucky! And videos like this help push people to this state of getting up and doing something about it.

    Cardio is exhausting, idk why anyone would want to torture themselves with that for an hour lol 15 mins inclined treadmill at a normal walking speed, then weightlifting, then 15 more mins inclined treadmill is what I do. I sweat but I don’t get out of breath. And 15 mins is easy. It’s more to keep my lungs and legs in shape for hiking and climbing.

    Thank you for this despite its age, the advice is timeless. I was 153lbs with several auto immune diseases and got on a plane and exercise reg. Lost 15lbs until last week I went on vacation. Went way overboard. Not binging but messy. I started back on today but had Chinese food while out for lunch. Way over calorie intake for day/sodium etc. but you’re right. Just have to grab ahold now so I don’t fall lower. Thanks again.

    I lost 24 lbs and gained it back to emotional triggers. I restricted stopped smoking and drinking and then got triggered. Relapsed and old habits came back. I weighed myself yesterday and my jaw dropped. I’m back where I was. I gotta lock back in.

    Idk. Millions of people do keto and have kept the weight off. It was actually created by a doctor in the 20s to cure epilepsy. So I wouldn’t go as far to say most of the time keto doesn’t work, that’s just simply not true.

    It's cool but I don't think doing 40 pushups directly affects your risk of having a heart attack. It's your overall fitness and physical health. And this is correlated with how many pushups you can do.
